Step-by-Step Head Measurement Guide
- Gather Your Tools. Use a flexible cloth measuring tape or a non-stretch string with a ruler.
- Find the Sweet Spot. Measure around your head about 3/4″ above the eyebrows and slightly above the ears, keeping the tape level.
- Note the Measurement. Record your circumference in both inches and centimeters (cm is most precise).
- Verify Accuracy. Measure 2–3 times; if results differ, use the largest number for comfort.
